How Much Can You Carbo-Load?
I found this infographic (and the associated article) on the Globe & Mail site here. In the past I’ve had some fueling issues which I thought were mainly “in race” problems, however after trying several different food-like substances in varying combinations I still find myself famished by the 20-30km mark. After reading the article and infographic I’m thinking about changing my pre-race routine a bit.
